Clarification of Misunderstanding
1. Misunderstanding of RAID Level 1. Since 0 – 5 level of RAID depends on the different balance between key goals in terms of reliability & availability, as well as performance & capacity. (Sakhnini, 2013, p14 – p16). I still recommend Jason to choose RAID 1, as it is the most common RAID level which be used in the society.

2. Misunderstanding of definitions. Register, RAM, ROM, cache, hard drive, and SD card have different functions. Register, which is part of CPU, performs very fast & small. RAM (random access memory) means it could be accessed randomly without pre-require. RAM also been known as the primary storage, since it is the only one could directly access to the CPU.
ROM (read only memory) is a type of memory that could only be read, means that it could not be modified. Cache is located in the CPU for the fast-used data. Both hard drive and SD card are secondary storage. Data

Behavioral chaining is a complex behavior that consists of many behaviors happening all together. The chain establishes all the steps in a procedure and list them so all the instructors are using the same information. Chaining provides a means of linking several discrete behaviors to a more complex series of responses, and are usually established after observing the steps of the event several times and work well when trying to teach self-help skills. The instructor should verbalize each step in the chain as it is being completed, and should be followed by praise for a job well done (1). Simply saying, behavioral chaining is breaking a task or job down into smaller steps.…

Corporations today budget for the purchase of extra servers for the main servers for their organization. These extra servers are configured so that they will automatically take over functionality if the main servers stop processing services due to outside attacks or even hardware failures. Any event or transaction that occurs in the main server is continuously replicated to the hard-drive memory of the redundant servers. This replication allows for either server to take control when one of them fails. The dis-advantages for this concept is the extra cost of equipment, additional maintenance, and the need for constant testing in order to verify functionality in case of emergency.…

The jury in a sexual harassment suit brought by a former high-ranking New York Knicks basketball team executive recently awarded her more than $11 million in punitive damages. They did so after hearing testimony during what the New York Times called a “sordid four-week trial”. Officials of Madison Square Garden (which owns the Knicks) said they would appeal the verdict. However, even if they were to win on appeal (which one University of Richmond Law School professor said was unlikely), the case still exposed the organization and its managers to a great deal of unfavorable publicity.…
