As the athletic director at a large school, the issue of sexual actions is very important for the safety and protect for everyone on campus. The action of athletic director is to set up a policies on sexual assaults with the goal to limited chances. For starters, i would put a committee together to help find studies about involvement of athletes and sexual assault incident. The purpose is to find the reason or cause of incident to occur. Then, i would have survey about the current student body to see what really happening on campus. The policies of sexual assaults will start in the beginning of the school year with presentation and video. The goal of presentation is to inform athletes and students about the serious matter of their actions. However, we will have education class and presentation for the coaching staff. The purpose is to have coaches influence to help protect their athletes health and futures. The cause of the deaths were electrocution due to the possible electrical leakage from the system. The second option was the wiring with system could have cause shock problem between the ground system. The accident could of be eliminated with few steps. The facility need to be ensure with the properly design and maintaining of systems. The other step is to develop and post rules and regulations for the employees safety. The facility should ensure written plans and produces just incase of emergency. The problem could of been eliminated completely by removing the metal poles to plastic ladder and etc. the facilities could add Ground Fault Interrupters (GFIs). The GFIs is activate a safety breaker to shut off power when it senses a problem with the
