PAON BEACH CLUB CASE ANALYSIS

Background of the Problem
History
The Paon Beach Club of Estancia is a gate away from the guests’ busy and hectic days. It is committed to provide its guests their needs for relaxation and enjoyment. Though the resort is a relaxing and rejuvenating place, it also undergone through many ups and downs. Problems that are inevitable for the resort’s management. Problems are inevitable but it’s how the problems be carried and how to handle and solve it. One of the problems that the resort has gone through is that its employees. Employees who are not well-knowledgeable in the industry. Untrained of the industries’ dos and don’ts that leads to poor service for the resorts guests.
PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA
Time Context: 2013 This is the period when Paon Beach Club is faced with the problem of making strategic plan on how to increase guest’s satisfaction.
Viewpoint: Barba Family Owner of the resort They were the ones taking the lead in the decision making and some other major decisions for the resorts improvement.

Statement of the Problem: What strategies will Paon Beach Club adopt in order to increase the guest satisfaction?
Objectives:
1. To provide the guests of the resort satisfaction with regards to the total service that would WOW the guest.
2. To provide jobs for the local people who have proper and enough knowledge with regards to the hospitality industry.
3. A gaining business that provides and serves the guests with the utmost respect, satisfaction and appreciation.
