Two decades ago, Larry’s grandfather loaned him the money to start the business. Its first factory was a barn which has been the family’s Shenandoah Valley farm. Today, he operates from 50,000 square-foot factory located near I-81 just a few miles from that old barn. Edmunds Corrugated Parts & Service Co.’s sales surged past the $10 million mark awhile back and it was certain that this company was well-positioned for steady growth. Edmunds’s formidable market share based on its reputation for reliability and exceptional, personalized service was holding steady at 75percent. SWOT Analysis {text:list-item} Edmund is still holding steady market share at 75 percent based on its reputation for reliability and exceptional, personalized service although that revenue are beginning to show clear signs of stagnation. In additional, all of the employees are hardworking and loyal to the company.
