Case Study: 21m Resident Assistant (RA) Freddy Cardenas
On Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at approximently 2:21 p.m Resident Assistant (RA) Freddy Cardenas met with Campus Police Officer Clarence Romero about escorting a resident out of her room. RA Freddy arrived in suite 114 were Officer Romerro was present. RA Freddy did the knocking procedure before keying in. Upond keying in, RA Freddy and Officer Romerro saw resident Cierra Martin with her boyfriend (whose name was not acquired), in the suite area.

Officer Romero began to explain to Cierra about being in the room. He mentioned the fact that the room needed to be vacant. Cierra complained about not having time to move out. She had been notified about having to move out since March 3, 2016. Officer Romero then asked her to leave the suite for the
