Cartoon versus Anime
Everyone wants to be entertained so people try and discover unique and remarkable entertainment depends on the taste of the audience. For example, Romans built a coliseum so they can watch spectacular gladiator fights, Japanese men dressed and acted like a woman and entertaining men who are drinking in a pub, Chinese invested fireworks so Chinese people will be fascinated by spectacular sky view with colorful lights within it, and in Philippines, Pilipino fond to watch festive dance so they will be entertained, time goes on, all entertainment from the past multiplied and modernized. After all of the changes, entertainment is still progressing. This 20th century, animation is popular entertainment. Animation is a photographed drawing projected in a fast sequence so the illusion of movements was presented. A cartoon is a form of two-dimensional illustrated visual art. While the specific definition has changed over time, modern usage refers to a typically non-realistic or semi-realistic drawing or painting intended for satire, caricature, or humor, or to the artistic style of such works. An artist who creates cartoons is called a cartoonist. At the same time anime is also an animation that is more popular than cartoon. Anime is Japanese animated productions featuring hand-drawn or computer animation. Anime includes animated television series, short films and full-length feature films. The word is the abbreviated pronunciation of "animation" in Japanese. In English, the term is defined as a Japanese-disseminated animation style often characterized by colorful graphics, vibrant characters and fantastic themes. Looking at the drawing style, it tells that cartoon is more childlike than anime but they both visual arts that is purpose to entertain.
