Carly Fiorina Summary

Carly Fiorina thinks that China has always wanted to hack into the government agencies, so the government should have been prepare a long time ago. That the government has lost it’s intelligence against enemies. She would centralize the government's cybersecurity operation and put it in the Department of Defense or the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. She even agrees with the current President about having a specific agencies to supervise cyber threats because all the other agencies are occupied doing other necessary jobs that require time too. What she would do differently is have people run it who know what they are doing, instead of people who have been working with the government for a long time.
