‘Lets Fly With Us – Air Asia’
In conjunction with INTI career week, there was an exciting series of insightful talk from 3rd to 7th June 2013. INTI invited a grand line-up of speakers of various business groups who willing to give budding achievers the first-hand knowledge they need in pursuing their careers. Employers who have joined in this comprehensive series of skills and career development workshops include IBM, HSBC, Shell, Padini, Air Asia, Maybank and Mahsing.

The title of a talk I attended is ‘Lets Fly With Us’ which was held on 4th June 2013 in the auditorium of INTI College Subang Jaya. There were around 120 students who participated as part of the audience. A lady, Safina Alfian walked on the stage at 2pm and introduced herself as the speaker of Air Asia, hence the talk began.

From this career talk, I get to know more about Air Asia.  Air Asia was established with the dream of making flying possible for everyone. Since 2001, Air Asia has swiftly broken travel norms around the globe and has risen to become the world's best. With a route network that spans through to over 20 countries, Air Asia continues to pave the way for low-cost aviation through their innovative solutions, efficient processes and a passionate approach to business. Together with their associate companies, Air Asia is set to take low-cost flying to an all new high with a famous slogan which known by everyone, "Now Everyone Can Fly". Air Asia’s vision is to be the largest low cost airline in Asia and serving the 3 billion people who are currently underserved with poor connectivity and high fares. Their mission is to attain the lowest cost so that everyone can fly with Air Asia and to create a globally recognized ASEAN brand.
