MISSION AND VISION STATEMENTS A vision statement is what companies do to give a full idea of what they want for the company or what direction the company is targeting. It’s a clear structure of what the company wants and why they want what they want. A vision statement is when a company set long term or short term goals. Vision statement is for a company to achieve and accomplish the desired targets of the business. A good vision statement provides structure for the daily operation of the company. The two must important part of a vision statement is what the company wants for the future and it must have excitement and motivation.
"Use the company culture description for more details on the goals and direction of the business."
Vision statements are future-based and are meant to give inspiration and direction to the employees of the company, not anyone outside the company. Vision statements are formal and can change over time.
As a company grows, its objectives and goals most likely will change. Vision statements need to be restructured as needed to compliment the change as goals are on target and met. A couple of questions you might need to ask yourself when writing your vision statement includes the following, what problem does your company want to solve? What does your company wish to achieve? Who is your target consumer, and what do you want to do for them business wise? Vision statements should provide a sense of direction and enlarge your views. A good vision statement will help inform direction and set priorities while challenging employees to growth. It 's important that the vision statement be compelling not just to the management of the company, but to all employees. After the vision statement is complete and finalized, your employees will have a good idea of your vision for the company. It 's up to you to inspire and support that vision every day and to push your employees to do the same. With your support and dedication, you can lift up your employees to fulfill the goals outlined in your vision statement. Most company will tell you that a vision statement is called a picture or portrait of your company in the future.

A mission statement define who you are and what your company is about the important thing to remember is that most statement are for you to show who you are, and my mission and core value of who I am as a person. No matter if you run a fortune 500 company or a small restaurant the value and principles of a mission remains the same. A mission shows you dedication to the business and what your purpose and beliefs are in life and as a business. Mission statements are the main objectives of an organization. They inform the customers about core values of your business. They are like your business priorities, your methods and values of working that your business will follow to accomplish its objectives. Mission statement is your present, what you have in mind now not your future. A mission is a realistic goal or plan that you can see now but it can also care over to the future if the company continue to show what the main objective is, some companies continue to change their mission to stay fresh on the consumer minds. Mission is a form of who you are and what you want. A mission statement is the present and a vision statement is the future of what you wish later.
Understanding the difference between both the mission and vision statement can empower the core of the business. The important thing to remember is that both envision value and work ethics and it also creates positive work culture. In business you want to be direct with what you want and need from you management, partners and employee, that’s what a mission and vision statement is all about. Amongst the biggest corporation are goal that are similar to smaller companies but they put more work into the company than the average small company do, so do not think that your vision or mission is just an expression of what you want it has to be you all the way and what you going to make happen now and in the future. Be passion about your craft and your business, know who you are and what you want and go out and make your vision and mission none.
