Capital Punishment In Dead Man Walking

Capital punishment is an illustration of humanity unjustifiably pursuing the concept of deterring transgressions of the law by executing those convicted of the crime, innocent or not. They die by the hands of other men.” In the film, Dead Man Walking directed by Tim Robbins, Matthew Poncelet, a convicted murder and rapist, actively seeks the rescinding of his condemnation and sentence of the death penalty.
