Canteen Facilities at the Institute
Mornings, cheesecakes, pizza, sausage rolls and pies are normally served. For lunch time tuna rolls, baguettes and pastries are generally the most common items. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are continuously served.

3.0 PROCEDURE
To write this report I followed these procedures.
3.1 I decided to measure the canteen dimensions.
3.2 I decided to attend the canteen.
3.3 I decided to interview the students who use the canteen and who does not use the canteen.
3.4 I decided to look at the variety of food in the menu.
3.5 I decided to taste some food items like sandwiches and pasta.
3.6 I decided to inspect the hygiene of the premises.
3.6.1 Kitchen. 3.6.2 I decided to check the kitchen appliance like oven, cooker and toaster. 3.6.3 Later I inspected the counters of utensils.
3.7 Sections in the Canteen.
3.7.1 I decided to check at the eating area of the canteen to check how many tables and chairs.
3.7.2 I decided to observe the entertainment of the canteen facilities like billiard, music and games.
3.8 Then I investigate at how much light there was in the canteen.
3.9 I inspected for every safety in the canteen.

4.0 FINDINGS
Following the procedure described above, these are the findings.
4.1 When I measured the canteen I found that it was 45 feet long by 25 feet width.
4.2 Some of the students who make use of the canteen prefer to buy their lunch from the canteen while others bring lunch with them in order to save some money.
4.3 There are a variety of food like cheese cakes, pizza, sausage rolls, pies, tuna rolls, baguettes and pastries in the menu. Later I bought some items to taste them like sandwiches and pasta that they were delicious. The cost of a portion of pasta was reasonable and the sandwiches too.
4.4 Hygiene of premises. 4.4.1 The appliances were clean.
4.4.2 The kitchen counter was clean because the caterer has to put food in it before it serves it to students and stuff. 4.4.3 The utensils were in order and clean.
4.4.4
