Candida is a yeast infection that is most commonly found in the mouth, vagina and intestinal tract.
The symptoms are signs of a skin or nail fungal infection which leave the infected areas sore, itchy and flaky, oral thrush, brain fog, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, mood swings, intestinal distress, sinus infections and diabetes. Whilst changing your diet to consuming less starchy and sugary foods can help boost the immune system, a cleanse and wash out it is definitely the best way to start treating candida.
