Now, select a virtual switch depending on how you have configured the host. Proceed to the configuration of port properties. Give the port a specific name. I have given the label as ‘VMK’. Enter VLAN ID if there is any or else chose ‘None’. Put a check next to the ‘Virtual SAN traffic’ box and then click ‘Next’. Now start with configuring IPv4 settings for this port. After completing that, click ‘Next’. Click on the finish button to end the configuration for port group creation. Make sure that the group is created. Again a new window will pop up showing the devices created and their respective IP addresses. After confirming that the host is created, repeat this procedure two more times, since we require at least three hosts for configuring VSAN.…

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) was passed in 1996. The main purpose of this law was to improve the flow of health information. At this time, the great majority of the records were still in paper form, however there was a push for the healthcare industry to become digital. Prior to 1996, the only federal law that regulated the privacy of health information was the Privacy Act of 1974. Between 2003 and 2005, there were more than 13,000 privacy complaints, but no civil enforcement actions were brought by the HHS Office for Civil Rights (OCR). In that same period, there was only one HIPAA criminal action, against a lab assistant who used the personal data of a terminal cancer patient for identity theft. By 2008, 33,000 + complaints had been filed with OCR, only about 8,000 were investigated with 5,600 leading to corrective action, yet no fines had been issued. Several key dates for HIPAA since then are: February 17, 2009- ARRAs HITECH Act Signed into Law. HIPAA revised to strengthen enforcement penalties, require breach notifications, and expand patient rights 2009OCR increases HIPAA Enforcement January 25, 2013- HITECHs HIPAA Modification Final Rule Release There is no single part of the HIPAA complaint form that should be singled out for attention, other than simplifying the form completion instructions. In the situation where every instructor Brandon ford Mr. Redmond 1-14-2015 IS3350 and all associated staff had access to the students health care records, Premier College is in direct violation of HIPAA.…

Question #1: As noted in the reading, Marcovitch et al. (1997) found relatively low rates of secure attachment among children adopted from Romanian orphanages and their adoptive mothers. Specifically, they found that 30% of the adopted children were securely attached, compared to 42% of a comparison sample of biologically related (raised at home) mother−child pairs. [Full reference: Marcovitch, S. G., Gold, A., Washington, J., Wasson, C., Krekewich, K., & Handley-Derry, M. (1997). Determinants of behavioral problems in Romanian children adopted in Ontario. International Journal of Behavioral Development, 20(1), 17–31.] Note, however, that the authors do not provide a comparison sample of children adopted at birth (i.e., noninstitutionalized). Does this finding reflect something about adoption in general, or does it reflect something about institutionalization of infants?…

The topic for my final project is: Credit scores are a fair measure to help lenders estimate potential risk. Credit lenders take a big risk in borrowing large sums of money to people, so that’s why a credit check is taken in order to prove to the lenders you will be a responsible person and can afford to pay back what you borrow. My points of views for this topic are the people who already have a loan and people who are considering a loan for the first time. Also how to prepare yourself to get approved for a loan, and what to expect after you have the loan. I will like to organize my paper with useful information and provide pros and cons on loans, and what types of lenders are available to you.…
