“The hardest thing was waiting for everything to go back to normal.” Caleb Mulina spoke as he began to explain the tragedies of hurricane Katrina. He was attending college in Hammond, Louisiana in 2005 when he first heard of the Hurricane. He was living in his dorm when he decided the safest place to be was home with his parents in Franklinton. August 29, 2005 was a day that Caleb Mulina was not afraid, but to some, it was a day that is still feared.
