I. Introduction
Café Amadeo Development Cooperative was established and registered on June 28, 2002 under the Cooperative Development Authority No. LGA-536. Formed, started and duly organized with 20 members mostly coffee millers, traders, producers and farmers engaged in selling of premium green coffee beans. The cooperative is proud to be an offspring of the “PAHIMIS” (A Unique Thanksgiving Coffee Festival) when former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo launched “Kape Isla” on April 19, 2002
Café Amadeo Development Cooperative partakes in the massive processing, promotion, distribution, repacking and marketing of especially blends brewed coffee for domestic and export market. Café Amadeo produces Robusta, Arabica, Liberica, and Excelsa green beans and also produces special blend such as “Pahimis and Premium Blend”. Roasted to provide an authentic flavor and stimulating aroma only the coffee masters of upland Cavite can produce. In the process, the cooperative is able to indicate that the product represents quality Philippine coffee, generate new jobs and livelihood projects in the community.

Products:
Pure Excelsa- with distinct pharmacopical taste
Pure Arabica- has good fragrance and aroma, full body but has low acidity
Pure Robusta- main ingredient for soluble or instant coffee
Pure Liberica- very strong taste and flavor
