CMC O Grady: A Case Study
Unfortunately, there is no evidence in FLTMPS that the CMC attended to the required ADAMS for Leaders ( CIN S-501-0130) training. This discrepancy was already identified in my Pre-CAV inspection audit. Regardless of the discrepancy being the driver for the results reflected on the Blue H award submission, it needs to be corrected before the CAV inspection .

To correct this discrepancy I will need the CMC to provide a copy of the certificate to keep it on file or to retake the class. Regardless this corrective actions is assuming that the discrepancy is the reason for the point deduction. In the worst case scenario, there a 1class available in February and another one in April, both of them in Yokosuka.

I will coordinated with CMC O'grady

I’m elated to take another course with you. It’s so funny that you are employed by McKesson as my employer receives an array of medical supplies and equipment from this company. The medical supplies and equipment help providers deliver exceptional patient care. However, there have been issues with cost of equipment not specifically with McKesson but in general. Most Medicaid and Medicare insurance providers refuse to reimburse providers for procedures. Medical providers now have to find ways to use this equipment, provide needed service to patients, with minimum insurance reimbursement. Every human resource department is vital to each organization. The policies set forth help the ongoing operations and expansion of the organization.…
