My decision as the President and CEO of CN, Hunter E. Harrison, is to continue with our strategic focus on continuing to improve productivity and customer service along with a new directive moving forward to continue to grow our sales, profits, cash flow and market value. CN will implement a new strategic focus to expand the share of rail traffic in North America by directing overseas traffic flows on to our network. In order to grow with expansion possibilities in North America being limited and the growth in NAFTA trade declining, CN requires a solid strategy to capture the growing importance of Asian markets. There are three substantial questions that must be considered in this case; which are, does the charter of rights and freedoms apply to the CPCC, has Tim’s rights been violated and if so, can this violation be justified in a free and democratic society. Section 32 1(a) and (b) applies to the Canadian government and government (parliament/ legislators) of the government and all their authority they are in. The charter does not apply to contractors or tort laws as set out by dolphin delivery as the authority; however, the work CPCC is not a contract based as their service to the government is infinitive. To determine whether or not section 32 (1)(a) or (b) applies to Canadian Private Copyright Collective, thereby also putting into effect the charter, one must consider if the five part legal tests…

The CWC operated on a volunteer basis from 1985 until 2004. During that time period volunteers performed all management functions and succeeded in protecting more than four square miles of wildlife habitat in five counties. However, it became apparent that due to the increasing number of protected parcels and the evolution of legal requirements and management standards that the CWC needed professional leadership. In 2004 a part-time employee was hired. That position evolved over the next several years to a full-time Executive Director status. Over that time period management responsibilities were transferred from volunteers to the Executive Director. Members of the Board of Directors…

When acting on suspicion on abuse you need to be fully aware that is isn’t going to harm the victim even more so. But you do need report this in my case I would report to my senior, nurse, and manger and if I still wasn’t satisfied then I would report this on to social services, safeguarding and CQC. I would make my report in written and date this and keep a copy for evidence. If the report was against an employee or family I would ensure in the meantime that the victim was in a safe environment.…
