“Wake up.” A foot nudged Saya harshly in the ribs. “Gyah! I didn’t steal anything I swear!” She shrieked before realizing that she wasn’t dreaming anymore. She looked up at Byakuya who was looking down on her with a raised eyebrow. “Here’s your precious hair tie.” she said handing it to him. “Thanks.” He took it from her and quickly tied his hair back before flopping down on the ground next to her. “You got pretty far from the mansion, I’m surprised you learned flash-step so fast.” Byakuya remarked as he stared at the sky. “You gave me the incentive to learn.” Saya reminded him as she thought of how scary he had gotten. “So the Cat Monster took you on as an apprentice…” he stated not as a question but a statement.
