Buy a Buisness or Buy a House?
You have enough money to buy a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy? Give specific reasons to explain your choice.
Someone prefers to buy a house when she/he has enough money. Others would like to set up their own business instead. After considering, I decide to buy a new house because It has more advantages.
The main reason is that it will make many benefit to our lives. If you purchase a new house, you will have space to do your private business. When you hire a house or apartment, it may be more inconvenient for you to hold an event at home. For example, if you would like to invite your friends to your party, it will show your enthusiasm when you organize at your house instead of going to a restaurant.
Another reason why I advocate the attitude of purchasing a house is that it’s convenient for us to relax ourselves. It’s very common to say that “east or west, home is the best” and it’s really the best place to refresh ourselves after a tired working day if we have a nice house equipped high-tech device such as TV, air-condition and so on. Some people may say that we can participate in many outdoor activities but what if the weather is not good. I think they will have the some point of view with me that enjoying the whole day at home will be more appropriate.
Last but not least, a house is really requisite for a family. Specially, when we get married we have a safe and comfortable accommodation for our family, our children. Basically, it’s vital to provide enough space to our children to grow up. Moreover, a house with a large and modern kitchen will make the wife more pleasure with her husband and help her prepare more delicious meal for her family.
Of course, choosing to purchase a business also has advantages to some extent, for example, you can make yourself more wealth and experienced. However, if these factors are contemplated, the advantages of purchasing a house carry more weight than those of purchasing a business. From

In order for a consumer to decide whether or not now is the time to purchase a new home, there are 10 basic principles of economics that we can follow. By learning and realizing these principles, you will have the ability to make one of the largest investments that a consumer could make in a lifetime. Even though all of these principles relate to the decision of purchasing a new home, there are some that have a direct impact and influence on an investment this large. The first principle that should be considered is that people face trade-offs. In order for someone to get something they want they usually have to give up something else. If purchasing a new home seems to be the decision that is best for the consumer, they may have to give up things such as family vacations and excessive spending on clothing or food. All factors of a trade-off could be considered by looking at the pros and cons of each situation. For instance, does more space, private living or the benefit of paying on something you will eventually own justify the cost of added utilities and maintenance of a home. There are other considerations to be taken as well, such as property and house taxes that would not be present in a rental agreement. This is…

The purpose of owning a house in the modern age is mostly associated with the idea that we have to settle down with a family of our own. The truth behind the ideology is that homes have been essential to primitive human survival; it has never been about family. Without shelter, our bodies would be exposed to the natural climate and other dangers which could result in sickness such as hypothermia. In shorter terms a house was originally used as a defense method that would combat natural threats. (Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia, 2016) However having a home does not necessarily guarantee that you won’t become sick. Sometimes, the problem is on the inside.…

I think that one of the most important principles to consider when buying a house is rational people think at the margin. Because you have to think about the marginal benefits that one will gain by purchasing a house. The marginal cost is what one is going to put out in down payment, closing costs, moving costs etc. But the marginal benefit in the long run after the house has been paid off and the value of the house has increased after all those years outweighs the marginal cost. So it would be a good decision to purchase a…
