In most social settings in the world everyone has business sort of dealing which owns an establishment in order to succeed as stated they is a need of a business meeting to discuss important events and actions of which a business should be run and should be conducted and pro and con of an business.
Meetings establish a created a great deal of opportunity to exchange of ideas and collective efforts to solve to problems and formulate polices .Meeting are held for many reasons including reporting on actions, getting information, advice and ideas from others,passiong on information on to others, negotiating problems. Also • To cover things that can’t be written in a memo or email
• To brainstorm the ideas
• To negotiate the term and conditions
• To seek decision quickly
• To avoid miscommunication Communication is the key of any organization, then meetings are the heart and mind. The place where we communicate our ideas, hash them out, share our passion for better or worse, develop new understandings and new directions. It's where deals can happen or fall apart, where strategies are articulated and debated -- in short where we engage with others. That's what it's all about, people meeting with people. Meetings are great for people who work best face to face. The advantage of meetings is it allows them to see the progress of what they are doing or what are others are doing in terms of everyday work or projects. Meetings are a great way to explain complex and non-complex ideas and offer a great format to exchange ideas and really think them out. Meetings are a great way to communicate lots of information a short amount of time and create a "game plan for the future ahead.
