2. Introduction
This document defines the business analysis work required. The document will be circulated to the Project Sponsor and Project manager to enable them to approve the business analysis work that will be undertaken by the assigned Business Analyst(s) and allocate time for this work in the Project Plan.

3.1 Project Background
The company Kids & Toys has 7 stores across Delhi. There USP is selling creative unique toys that you would not find anywhere else. Since there are 7 stores and 1 warehouse in Delhi hence the orders needs to be managed effectively such that stock out does not happen. Also the company has to keep optimum inventory such that the inventory carrying cost does not go too high.
The board and executive management team believe there is an opportunity to improve the current system which is mostly manual allocation by:
Enabling ordering, receiving and tracking the supplies
Having effective allocation of inventory to stores
Improving point of sales for sales people.
