Business Proposal : School Supplies Store
BUSINESS PROPOSAL

BF Resort is one of the biggest villages in Las Pinas, with an approximate land area size of 600 hectares. There are four entry gates leading to BF Resort Village. These are: BF Resort Drive gate (coming from Cecille’s Restaurant), Lalaine Bennet gate (coming from Citimotors/Sta. Cecilia Village), Onelia Jose gate (coming from Philamlife Village), and Capitoline Hills gate (coming from Moonwalk Village). (source: http://bfresortvillage.com/?page_id=550) Business establishments like banks, restaurants, computer and video shops, beauty salons, medical/dental clinics, and other shops offering different services are usually located along these major streets.

Our business proposal is to open a school supplies store along BF Resort Drive.

There are at least 13 major schools located inside the village. After going around the different areas of BF Resort Village, we found out that aside from sari-sari stores which sell bits and pieces of supplies, there are just two school supplies stores that offer wide range of school needs of the students.
