EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Online shopping is one of the most rapidly growing markets in the UK. According to researchers, UK shoppers spent more money online than anywhere else in Europe, accounting for almost one third of all European sales. As per MINTEL, online sales now account for almost 10 percent of total retail sales in the UK.

V MALL is an online virtual shopping mall that offers a wide variety of products catering to everyone’s needs on a 24X7 basis at the click of a button. Shoppers can have their purchases from our virtual store delivered at their doorstep without them having to break a sweat over travelling or carrying their luggage. Our virtual mall is a great destination for customers to meet their shopping desires. It has a wide range of world class products to offer and despite being online; it still gives the customers a real life shopping experience through our latest virtual feature. All intended purchases can be added to a cart, irrespective of the brand, and a single transaction can be made to meet the expenses of all purchases, saving quality time for the customers. Customer is quite literally the “KING” as all they have to do is to just order and the rest is taken care of by us.

Our mission is to provide a secure and fun filled online shopping environment for the section of customers who have very little or no time for shopping because of their hectic schedules. We at VMall aim to keep our customers updated with the latest trends, deliver products on time, provide offers catering to everyone’s specific budget and satisfy them unquestionably.

Objectives:

Keep abreast with growing technology and intend to provide customers exactly what they need even before they ask for it. Generate retail sales of over £7,102,902 in year one. To operate with own logistics and deliver every day in every area of London.
