This business-plan is executed and performed for the purpose of attracting a sum of 50.000 $. This amount of money is necessary for realizing our business project: the car-tuning center ¡§King of the Road¡¨. The detailed description of spending the money will be further.
¡§King of the Road¡¨ is a private enterprise, owned and managed by A.V.Burtny. Besides, there are two executive managers A.V.Grechuhin and A.J.Salomatin. So, the managing board consists of high-educated qualified professionals.
The product of our company is service. It is cosmetic outside and inside repairing, art-painting, setting of different body and salon equipment and accessories etc. All this is described in details further.
Both by hiring special agencies and by own strength we researched the situation in the Kyrgyzstan¡¦s market. The research concerned the prices, demand and supply, the quantity and quality of potential competitors, the number of potential customers not only in Bishkek city and Chui valley, but in the whole Republic and even in Kazakhstan. The results of this research show that this market niche is not occupied and by taking it we will have great opportunities for high profits and stable development of our business.
