EXECUTIVE SUMMARRY

Burger Snack Hauz is a locally owned snack house outlet that will be positioned as a sole proprietor business through the creative approach to the company’s image and detail presentation. Burger Snack Hauz will provide a combination of excellent food at value pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere. Burger Snack Hauz is the answer to an increasing demand of snack-type fast food, to be consumed while having a relax or take out.
In today’s highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate a snack house to another.
Our main priority is to establish one outlet near a school, preferably in a one populated school in San Fernando City. Later, our effort will be a further development of more outlets in different municipalities in La Union. This plan is prepared to obtain a location for the initial lunch of this concept.
Burger Snack Hauz will entice youngsters to bring their friends and family with our innovative environment and freshly cooked burgers of choices, hotdogs and different flavours of ice creams and meals.
Objectives
* To establish a presence as a successful local snack hauz outlet and gain a market share in the fast food industry. * To make Burger Snack Hauz a destination for students and workers as well. * To expand into a number of outlets by year three, and sell the franchise to neighbouring municipalities and cities.
Mission
Our main goal is to be one of the successful food providers in the City through quality products and services that suffice the needs and wants of the customers. Burger Snack Hauz aims to be a premier local fast food brand in the local market place. We want our customers to have the total experience when visiting our outlet and learn about these new and quality products.
