Titleist Training Program is a new service offered by Titleist golf that offers the chance to get top of the line training from some of the best trainers in the golf industry. Titleist Training program will provide training to amateur golfers who are looking to improve there weekend scores to tour pros looking to be the next Tiger Woods. From making that long putt for the best round of your life to smashing the farthest drive your have hit down the fairway Titleist Training Program trainers will be able to behind your success. Business, Product and Customers: Mission Statement

Titleist Training Program will be a worldwide operation to make sure that all players are happy and successfully using Titleist equipment on the golf course. It will create opportunities to draw players that are currently using competitor’s equipment to switch over to Titleist. The main competition that Titleist Training Program will have is other golf stores and brands that offer lessons on individual’s golf game. Where Titleist Training Program will set it self apart from the competition will come from top the art training experience for its staff and state of the art training centers within Titleist distributors worldwide. Also, you will be able to receive training based on the Titleist clubs you are using from those who know the ins and outs of the equipment first hand. “The company mission describes the company’s product, market, and technological areas of emphasis in a way that reflects the values and priorities of the strategic decision makers” (Pearce & Robinson; 2013). Titleist Training Programs mission is to serve the needs of Titleist customers and future customers on its product knowledge and ways to get the most out of its equipment. Titleist Training Program will remain a top name in golf and provide the highest level of this training to our top tour golfers to the weekend golfer out having fun. Organization Vision Statement

Just like the mission of the company, the vision statement is an important part that you need to focus on. “A mission statement helps to answer the question of what business are we in? A vision statement presents the firm’s strategic intent that focuses the energies and resources of the company on achieving a desirable future” (Pearce & Robinson; 2013). The vision of Titleist Training Program is to provide the best training and hands on experience that the golf world has to offer no matter what level of the game you are currently at. Titleist Training Program plans to change the way new golfers look at this intimidating sport by offering this high-class training on top of its already highly competitive equipment line. This will be achieved by company support and by giving back to the community through out the company and by continuing to value its customers. Guiding Principals: Culture, Social Responsibility and Ethics

Titleist Training Program will have a value-orientated culture that will place direct emphasis on the many different cultures of its potential customers, incorporating the cultural experiences and needs into the services offered. Golf has drawn the attention of many different cultures as it is played around the world today and is something that can help bring us as people close together. The values that are instilled within the trainers will be honesty and integrity, they will hold themselves responsible to train you in the best way they know how and will treat you the way you would want to be treated.
