It is very important for each organization to plan its strategy before all the activities. To achieve the aims of an organization it is advised to find out where to go and what direction to take as it is compulsory in a business to work toward making profits. The mission statement of a company is defined as a primary purpose of an organization as stated by John Thompson (1990). Clearly identify the purpose of the business and who are involved in the company and what the company will be serving and satisfying through its daily activities.
The organization activities will comply with the planning in the mission statement. Most of the companies have the obligation to explain and supervise all the employees concerning their roles and what is the company pursued goals. The mission statement is displayed inside the company building.
The mission statement basically explains what include profit, market share and development and return on capital and the company future and all employees have to play an important role because the success of the company is also theirs.
