Human Resources - entitlements
Employers are obligated to provide all employees with the following entitlements:
§ Salary
§ Minimum Wage or Industry Standards
§ “Holiday” - Annual Leave
§ 22 working days scheme
§ Sick leave / Emergency leave
§ 5 days after one year of employment
§ 8 days per year thereafter (minimum requirements)
§ Worker Compensation (medical insurance)
§ Workers covered against work related injury and
