The final exam will be given at 8:10 and will end at 10:10. In the True/False section mark "a" for True and "b" for False. In the multiple choice section you should select the best answer. Raw exam scores, the exam and exam answers will be posted today by 5:00 PM. The exam is not cumulative. Place only your Student ID Number on your Scantron not your name. Five questions will be deducted if your name or Social Security Number is placed on your Scantron.

There are one hundred questions on this exam which makes up forty-five percent of your overall grade. I would suggest that you also write your answers on your exam in addition to your Scantron as you will be allowed to keep the exam. Outside materials including dictionaries, electronic devices or anything with an on/off switch, are not to be allowed. In short, the only thing you may have on your desk is the exam, a Scantron and a pencil. “Pencils Down” means just that! I will not accept any Scantron if you write after I say "Pencils Down."

Chose to go back through a couple companies that I used to work for. I chose Subway, Main St. Liquor, and Taco Bell. I chose these because I had an inside view to the OMM for all three of these companies. The OMM for Subway was a very simple one. Their main focus was on providing excellent customer service with a team effort. They have a certain prodical for making the subs, that they want you to stick with. This will keep food costs down. For example they are suppose to put only six tomatoes on one sub. They have a weight or number amount for all meats, and veggies. With weight limits that they have put in place, this has cut down on spending on veggies and meats. Which has lowered outgoing costs and helped with finding shortages of product. The employees all have their own way of putting together a sub. Just because they have their own style they still need to stay with in the protical put forth my corpriate. They have a simple POS system to keep track of transactions.…

Our text defines self-esteem as “a belief about how a person evaluates his or her self-worth as part of an overall self-evaluation” (Baack, 2012), whereas self-efficacy is the “extent to which people believe they can perform a behavior to produce a particular desired outcome” (Lu, Chang & Lai, 2011). Self-esteem and self-efficacy are interrelated; using this graduate degree from Ashford as an example – having successfully completed an undergraduate degree with honors at Ashford provides me with the high self-efficacy that I can also complete a graduate degree. Similarly, completing courses with good grades boosts self-esteem by reinforcing a positive self-image. On the contrary, if a person failed to achieve a goal, like graduating from college, their self-esteem would be low(er) and their self-efficacy about higher education would also be low. An external forces that can impact self-efficacy are persuasion and encouragement. These forces can come from peers, colleagues, family, or romantic partners (Baack, 2012), and help to strengthen a person’s innate belief in themselves, which can translate into successes in other areas of their life.…
