Instructor Bio
Mr. Hepler holds a B.B.A. in information systems from the University of New Mexico and an M.B.A. with a concentration in international management from the Robert O. Anderson Graduate School of Management. He has widely varied experience in the business world as a development manager, business analyst, and consultant specializing in managing change and integrating information technology in ways that increase the bottom line. He managed the development of various Information Systems while working with such organizations as Kinko's in Ventura, CA (Manager of Back Office Systems), supermarket and software enterprises in Albuquerque, New Mexico (including Customer Relationship Marketing Systems and online (WEB based) Grocery Store Applications), a medical firm in Los Angeles, CA (development of a custom Medical Billing and Inventory System), and the Navajo Tribal Police (development of a Criminal Justice Information System).
