However, we only need to look around our workplace, I mean the hospital, to note that nurses are also known to be perpetuators and victims of workplace violence in the form of bullying. I consider bullying a form of terrorism that caused “damaging effect on the victim’s well-being and facility” (Yildirim, 2009, p. 504).
