D1: Evaluate the influence different stakeholders exert in one organisation.
I will be evaluating the influence different stakeholders exert on Carphone Warehouse. Carphone warehouse is a successful UK mobile phone retailer. They have 1,700 stores across Europe so they are a large organisation.
Manager is one of the stakeholders in Carphone warehouse. The influence the manager has on Carphone warehouse is very important. The manager in Carphone house is driven by success and will look for innovative ways to maximise profitability, constantly pushing boundaries to deliver, exceed business objectives and raising the customer’s expectation and experience. The manager is in charge of motivating employees and always making sure they are providing consumers with the best of service. Without a manager the employees in Carphone warehouse will be confused and less determined to provide great service to the customers. The manager has a say of the aims and objectives of business. This influences the business financially and affects the reputation of the business. Without the manager there is a chance of the business becoming bankrupt. The manager works closely with the employees; he or she has the power to promote employees. This is an advantage for employees as they are being recognised for their work. The manager is responsible of the hour’s employee’s work and their holidays; so if employees need to discuss anything about their availability they would go to the manager who will take care of the matter. This avoids problems for Carphone warehouse.
Employees are another stakeholder in Carphone warehouse. Employees in Carphone warehouse have an influence on the business because they are the ones who serve customers, provide information, persuade customers to buy which increases profit, keep the shop floor presentable for the public etc. If there were no employees in Carphone Warehouse it will be impossible for the business to be successful. The employees work closely

This is important as it allows people to have organisation on their device. It also helps people to see where each file is and they can locate it without any problems. It’s also important as files can be lost if they are all mixed up and can stop people from getting their work and any other files which they may need. By being able to organise the files that you need allows you access them a lot easier for example you can make folders for each subject or year, and that way you know where all your documents are. This can be done for media such as music as well, so it’s not just documents. This task is carried out by choosing the file you want to change and then right clicking and finding the ‘rename’ tab. Once…
