You are an IT technician in the technical support section of an insurance company. Your manager needs to monitor the use of IT hardware, such as a keyboard, monitor, printer, system unit, laptop, CD writer, mouse, in order to improve the service provided to users and ensure the service is operated in an efficient way. In this situation the user need is that of the network manager. The responsibility for monitoring each hardware item is allocated to a specific employee. Key information already identified includes:
