Business structure “House of Hair” The name of my business is “House of Hair”; it is one of the prestigious salons in Melbourne. House of hair is located in 333 Elizabeth Street in Melbourne; contact phone number: 9498 8833; email address: houseofhair@yahoo.com.au. Competition of the business in this area is very high. And on the other hand our salon attracts more clients because it is close to public transports, some schools, hotels, and there are more business establishments around the area. The target market of our business will be the business people, tourist, and students, young and elder people. House of Hair salon is composed of 9 staff which includes three qualified hairdresser, one 3rd year apprentice, two 2nd year apprentice, one 1st year apprentice, receptionist and the manager. Our salon consists of six working stations. The salon is open from Monday – Saturday, and the busiest days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday where in we are open until late. Business trading hours is as follows: Monday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Wednesday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Thursday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Friday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
