Learning Plan Skills Gap  PM has been in his current position at the organisation for 8 years and cannot be relied upon to build one of our key products from start to finish without guidance from a senior team member. It is expected that after 8 years in the business he should be able to perform this task without guidance/prompting. Goal  For PM to be able to build our products from start to finish without relying on senior team members for guidance/assistance. Priority  High Action  PM
