Brunkhorst Career Interests Analysis

1Intended for the interview on career interests, I chose Michael Kenneth Brunkhorst, a former teacher of mine. I found him through the University of Central Missouri, UCM, the place where he works. In fact, he started out as a student professor, circa, age 21, his sophomore year. He works as an instructor for the university’s special education department, known as the THRIVE program; a program for those with intellectual disabilities like me. 2&3Professor Brunkhorst is such an interesting story teller; it’s not just the work he does-all professors have to do work. Unlike all other teachers that I have had, however, he goes above and beyond. He gives me one-on-one support. With his support, I am able to talk with him about coaching and teaching careers. To be exact, I can say he has lead me to career preferences. In addition, he and I we both
What it also did was impact my ideas about my interests. As that I was able to get to know my professor more as a person with “behind the scenes” information. With both careers and interests, you learn from what’s above, and it’s how you capitalize on filling in the holes. Honestly, to be exact, when you deal with the media, you always learn from the other person, because it’s reality. He shared information that I was, a “career-caliber” tree to me, such as the change from manager teacher. No interview, no knowledge, no advice from him. 7If there was one piece of advice I could take away from the interview. It would be just to remember him as a professor. The lessons, the homework, the class core components in Missouri Connections. Above and beyond, the list as a whole, took a positive hit, with what I have gained in over recent memory.
