Profile of Business Organization i. Company Background The company has operated for 25 years. The Company mostly focuses on the bronze furniture and decoration for both indoor and outdoor such as the bronze dolls and fountains, which customers can choose by 21 different collections. Firstly Mr.Somkid Thanapoomikul established the shop at the River City Shopping Complex where a lot of foreigners living around so it could gain a lot of profits. The manufacture was built in order to reduce the cost by melting and shaping itself. Since the economic downturn, the company’s shop had to be moved to 1102-1108 Soi Charoenkrung 30 Charoenkrung Road, Bangrak Bangkok 10500, Thailand due to very high rental fees. ii. Business Model 1. Value Proposition -The customers can customize their orders such as they give the statue’s sketches of design, choose colors and materials, then the company will give products to customers as they want. 2. Revenue Model -The company will earn revenue by Sales revenue model which the profits come from sales. The main revenue of company is to provide the specific type of service which can gain very much. VC RP 3. Market Opportunity -The marketspace is not large because the materials need very high costs. So, the market opportunity for the company focuses on the small group of people and businesses which have high purchasing power such as hotel chains, successful businessman, interiors and real estate businesspeople. 4. Competitive Environment -This kind of business has high level of competition because the companies in the statue or sculpture business have their own manufactures. An another factor is the customers have entered to many shops to compare their prices then make the decision. The example of The Bronzesmith Co’s competitor is Asian enterpriseCo. which locates very near and sell very similar products. 5. Competitive Advantage -The Bronzesmith Co,,Ltd’s competitive
