Dear Mr. Dittmer:

We are pleased that Wydade Consulting Services has provided Broadworth General Hospital employee training for the past twenty years. This year we are requesting a trainer to teach a two hour seminar on sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination in the workplace. Within the past few months, we have had a few instances that were bordering on sexual harassment. Due to our company’s policy, we had to let those employees go. It was not an easy situation for all parties involved. We are hoping that this seminar will help redefine our zero tolerance policy.

The date the seminar is June 16, 2015 at 2pm. Just one week before our annual company picnic.

Please, let me know the specifics the trainer will require for the sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination in the workplace.

Sincerely yours,

Marcie Dasher

    * Health is defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary as “the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit; especially: freedom from physical disease or pain”, but it is much more than that (Merriam-Webster, 2013).
