Before going to Brazil
When I found out that I should supposed to go to Brazil as a businessman and make plan to go to Brazil, I started to think I am going to move to Brazil in real life. And I have to make a plan to live with Brazilian and had fun in Brazil without impolite action. Sometimes, when we do not know well about other’s culture then we will make some mistakes, and for preventing from doing rude action, I need to study Brazil culture and get information from other people about Brazil culture. Since having knowledge about Brazil culture could be helpful for my life in Brazil. Therefore, the followings will be instructions for me and others who wants to live in Brazil.
Before going to Brazil – study about the history of Brazil
In the 16th century, Brazil had been discovered by Pedro Alvares Cabral who was the Portuguese navigator. After the discovery, Brazil followed more than three centuries under Portuguese rule. Since 1808, King Dom Joao has taken refuge to Brazil from Portuguese. Next year, Brazil will be held FIFA World Cup. So, Brazil’s government spends amount of money to not public service but World Cup. My one of friends is Helton Costa who is Brazilian. I asked him about Brazil now. He told me how Brazilian are angry about government’s selection. He said government does not spend money to education and health of Brazil. Government wants to show how the country is big and wealthy though the World Cup. So, social service money is increasing now. And Brazilian has to pay for social service. For example, they should pay the higher transportation fare. Also, he said the average inflation is 17% in 12 months. The tax of Brazil is 25%, now.
