Boy Scouts of America V. Dale
I would write my opinion to majority because in the Boy scouts V. Dale case, i disagree to the majority about violating the law of Boy Scout's. There are many opponents of gay people as it is, and they all have their reasons to dislike the idea of letting them get elected . One of the main reasons is that the primary purpose of leadership is the right way to lead other people. The Scoutmaster cannot advise any scouts about their sexual matters, because it is outside their comfort level and why would someone like in Boy Scout's want to discuss their Sexual beliefs. If someone who wants to or has sexual question or problems they can get to professionals who can leas them or teach them better about what they should do. Just because someone is homosexual does not prevent them from being elected as a leader because, it is considered as discrimination which is not allowed in United States Of America.
