INPLANT TRAINING REPORT INTRODUCTION This training has a main objective of giving an oral concept of “How a industry gives world class products with high quality and customer satisfaction “. This training also implements the basic effort beyond the assembling, processing and delivering efficiently by human power rather than using machineries. This training also involves how such industries provide such promising products rather than any other industries around the globe at low cost.
CONTENT
In this training we learn about the following sections of processing, assembling, testing and dispatching of one such industry. They are as follows,
Incoming section
Store section
Store office
Ware-house
Production Engineering department
Production Assembly Unit
Burning section
Final verification section
Packaging section
Repair section
Dispatch unit
Incoming section In this section we arrived at a point that there is only one way in for the raw materials like memory, hard-disks and mother-boards and so on. Here all the raw materials come to the working area and the corresponding representatives have an account of how many components have arrived. In this section they also provide part numbers to each and every component.
Store section Here the representatives will arrange the entire incoming component based on their colour codes and part numbers. The excess components are sent to the ware-house. In case of larger needs the components can be taken from the ware-house. Here all the records about the components stored will be maintained physically.
Store office Here the representatives will be having work order for the product required by the customer and will have the record of the stored components in a system using ERP software. The work order will comprise of the following
Processor
RAM Memory
Hard-Disk Memory
Operating System
Configuration

Ware-house This is the section where the additional components for the future usage of
