Question/ Inspiration; the book the red pyramid talks a lot about the Egyptian gods. They seemed to be very interesting so I decided to research more about the Egyptian gods. What I learned/ found: I found out that the Egyptians were polytheistic, which means they believed in many gods. The most important god was Ra, the god of the sun. This was probably, because of Egypt’s hot sunny climate. In total there were more than 2000 Egyptian Gods, most of them being part animal. There was a god for everything the Egyptians needed. In the future I would like to learn more about these Egyptian gods. Resources: www.ancientegypt.co.uk, en.wikipedia.org, www.rickriordan.com

Even though I first thought that Egypt was hot 24/7 it turned out to be that the nights can be very cool. In the summer the temperature ranges from being 43 degrees Celsius at day to being 7 degrees Celsius at night. Someday I would like to visit Egypt.
