He then was an example and more and more people joined the bucket brigade. Doon tried to work as hard as the people of Sparks. He worked until his hands were blistered and bleeding. But he kept on working only taking a minute as a break. If he saw people with a problem he tried to fix it. A man named Edward Pocket was deemed too old to work but he was very bored and had nothing else to do. Doon had found a place with a lot of books though because Edward was a librarian in Ember. So he started alphabetizing and arranging the books. Dooon tries to make justice around him and help people when he can. Doon is a truly good person. One idea that made The Outsiders by S.E Hinton worthwhile novel to read was how one act of violence can have many disasterous consequences. This is demonstrated when one day the physical violence between the Greasers and Socs escalates when Johnny kills a Soc called Bob. Since Johnny was defending Ponyboy both of them have to run away because of Johnny’s actions. In the novel, Ponyboy and Johnny saves kids from a burning church which leaves Johnny with serious burns. These burns are eventually the cause of his death. This example from the novel shows how indirectly Johnny’s act of violence was the cause of his death and Dally also affected from it. This theme is worthwhile to think about because it shows that violence always leads to suffering and tragedy no matter where in the world you live.…

The childhood dreams of the villain inspire his lifelong ambition to build the Navajo Nation Theme Park. In addition, the reader can simply empathize and accept the villain’s behaviors throughout the story because it is written from his own perspective. Thus, Geddes’ use of dark satire through the villain’s point of view, allows the audience to better understand and enjoy a rare narrative perspective of Scooby-Doo.…

For communicating between two persons, the person who tries to communicate expects his message be interpreted by the receiver same as his own interpretation however, the message receiver interprets the message based on his cultural values and his way of thinking and seeing the world. This difficulty of communication increases the potential of misunderstandings of two parties, which in some cases may lead to horrible incidents for instance, Daru, the main character of the short story by Albert Camus, “The Guest” who in the end of story fall victim of this misinterpretation. Similar, Espinosa, Christ look character in the story "The Gospel According to Mark” by Jorge Luis Borges which his failure of proper communication to Gutres’ family, lead him to his Crucifixion.…

Hinton, Ponyboy transforms his feelings towards Dally beginning with fear and dislike to caring for him as a good friend. Imagine Dally as a hallway, with millions of different doors each representing his emotions, some that open with the lightest touch, and other that seem to be locked forever. And the only key to opening them are the things that are most important to him or much above anything else he cares about in the life that he lived through; Johnny, Ponyboy, and the rest of the gang. Ponyboy learned much from his experiences with Dally. He saw that maybe even the menacing, hatred-for-the-world, dangerous people, may have something inside them that opposes to all the appearances on the outside. At the conclusion of the book, Ponyboy realizes all this and knows that Dally wasn’t the only one out there with this type of personality. “I could see boys going down under street lights because they were mean and tough and hated the world, and it was too late to tell them that there was still good in it, and they wouldn’t believe you even if you did… It was too vast of a problem to be just a personal thing.” (179) Kids, teens, and, even adults have their own appearance on the outside with a completely different personality on the inside. It's what makes them who they are. Yet, people judge them because of their appearance, not how they are as a…
