Boo Radley's Monologue
I am an Ewell. ever since I was born, all I can remember is wanting to be important though my parents tell me that I shouldn’t expect too much or I will end up disappointing myself. Even though I always tell them that all the others kids get better toys and I deserve more, they say that we can’t get them because we're poor. I don’t really know what “being poor” is, but I have a feeling that they really just don’t get me toys because they’re so focused on some court case. Somedays, I wish some normal family from Maycomb and then I could finally be a normal kid. I’ll have a Radio, hot water, and as much icecreams as I could ever want. Although I have my grievances with my current family, I don’t think I could ever really abandon them. I don’t
