Thesis Statement

Boeing has been a very successful organization for many years. The attention to their customers request and different effective communication strategies makes this company stands out amongst its competitors. All the different communication strategies that have contributed to success will be discussed. As well as some decision making skills implemented to improve and remain a top organization. Boeing is a very successful organization with a different strategy then its competitors. Every organization to some extent rely on a good communication system. The most successful companies have great communication skills. "Boeing is the world's leading aerospace company and the largest manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft combined. Additionally, Boeing designs and manufactures rotorcraft, electronic and defense systems, missiles, satellites, launch vehicles and advanced information and communication systems"(Boeing, 2012). Being apart of the Military makes this an interesting topic to learn more about. Also, wanting to be a successful manager makes this a good company to learn more about. Having the determination to make the company better in all aspects of communication is also very unique about Boeing. It’s the little things implemented into this organization that makes the entire organization a success story. I am excited to learn more about the overall communication process. As it has positively impacted the Military and other things around the world. It has been the implementing of different strategies for this organization to consistently remain on top. Several different communication topics explaining this company success will be discussed more in depth in my research paper.
