Body and soul

You are running, eating carrots and checking your BMI all the time. This “being healthy” thing is starting to be annoying. But for being healthy you need to suffer... Right? Everyone wants to be healthy and you should, but some take it too seriously and won't enjoy life with full strength. And some don't give a damn and just eat anything they like and they don't exercise almost at all. What should you do then? Well I think the best way is mix of both. Eating habits are probably the most important thing in living healthy. You probably know what's healthy and what's not and may eat the healthy way even if it is not tasting good. I would recommend trying to find healthy food that tastes good. Yeap, there is such things. And you can always burn the extra calories in the gym or by running or anyway you like. Exercise is a great way to keep your body and mind in shape. Just something fun and constant is better than forcing yourself to go hard on gym or such. At the end of the day, you yourself decide how healthy you want to live and what the state of your body and soul will be. Body and soul
