1. Databases
A collection of related files or tables containing data.

A database stores information for any given reason and can be tracked back for any needed purpose.
A popular online database is Caspio. This database is used by the government and other fortune 500 companies.

Founded by Frank Zamani who is the President and CEO of Caspio. www.caspio.com
I have not personally seen caspio database used within my company because our IT department has created an independent database for the company. However, this database is much like the one that our IT department has created.
2. Networks
A connecting system that permits different computers to share resources.

A network replaces the old way of sending constant emails within the workplace.
The most known network is the internet.

All businesses use the internet on a daily basis for email and other like business practices. We are all very familiar with the internet as a network.
3. eBusiness
The application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in support of all the activities of business.

The internet is your main mode of all business transactions. No need to commute and can be managed from anywhere in the world.
Paypal is an ebusiness and very widely used today. PayPal is a secure method of money transactions.

PayPal had numerous founders and co-founders but the current President and CEO is Dan Schulman. www.paypal.com The company I am employed with uses PayPal in a link within our online website and has become a huge success for many of our customers who prefer to shop online instead of in store.
