Ways to cope with Bipolar.

I have struggled with severe bipolar disorder for almost 2 years now along with some other problems I have.
I was at one point getting support and help for it and it almost went then high school came along and I relapsed yet this time I haven’t gotten the help because of bullying that has honestly changed my view on getting help.
Instead i came up with some ways to control my emotions more towards whilst I’m at school or at a friend’s house and not in the comfort of my room.
First of all, it consists of 2 main periods/episodes
Depression – where you feel very low and lethargic (can cause suicidal thoughts and self harming)
Mania – where you feel very high and overactive (less severe
