Binge watching is a modern, somewhat unhealthy addictive habit, way for people to consume entertainment in vast quantities. Similar to reading a book, with the new digital streaming capable platforms, we are able to indulge ourselves in stories for hours at a time. Just like how we can read a book in one sitting, we can now watch a whole season of a TV show and have the ability to experience a complete story.
