    The next Stage of Riordan Manufacturing’s project to upgrade their HRIS is to develop the application architecture and process design. The application architecture is built upon the business requirements that are gathered from the stakeholders, this pertains to building a relationship between application packages, databases, and middleware systems, in regards of coverage and abilities. Mapping out the architecture will show problems and gaps in the coverage, from these discoveries it will give the design team the ability to determine a migration plan.
